I constantly do analysis on my site on what you want and the changing markets.

One question that keeps rising is:

Q: What is the 2nd best cookie projector?

A: With honesty, I can tell you that the AKASO is edging to the forefront. I plan to purchase the AKASO and put it under the microscope, so to speak. I will probably be rewriting my projector pages if AKASO passes the test. For now, AKASO is the strongest contender!

2. How about publishing a digital newsletter for your customers? Just once a month is all it takes. In the newsletter, you can add photos of all the cookie sets you've done throughout the month. It's also a good place to tell them what your presales for the next month are going to be. The newsletter simply is a way of staying in front of them.

Tips and Hacks

This is also my New Year's organization time for the room and business bookkeeping. Once done, it makes me feel revived and ready to take on the new year.


2. To get ready for the new year, after cleaning, I sit myself down and begin planning out my posts, videos, and itineraries for the year.

Having all of this done saves so much time. (I do not always get it all done, but I try hard to.)


3. I'm always saying that my favorite food coloring gel is Americolor. That pretty much still holds. However, recently I ran across these. They are amazing colors. They are super concentrated. When making black, red, etc., they only require a few drops instead of teaspoonfuls.

I bought them a couple of months ago and wanted to give them a good test before I recommended them to you.
